SEA Property Partners (SPP), was founded in June 2019 by Aslan Rahman. At the time he was a medical student, with aspirations to become a GP. He learned a lot about the rental market whilst renting as a student. Alongside his studies, he helped landlords in the area rent their properties. Eventually Aslan transitioned from medicine to property full-time, opening his own lettings agency. One of Aslan’s main pillars is speed, he and his team reply on the same day and like to get repairs and tenancy issues resolved immediately.
